Shipping and Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase. Your order will come with a tracking number which will be sent by E-Mail. You can track the progress of your delivery through your tracking number. If you experience any issues during the delivery process, do not hesitate to contact our team.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns of opened packages are not accepted. Returns of worn items are not accepted. Items will be accepted for return if they are unopened and unworn. You can exchange your item for a different size or colour in the same range if package is unopened and unworn. Return fees apply.
Product Care Tips
Items should be washed cold (30°c / 86°F). Items should be air dried. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Keep away from rough surfaces. Check full care tips labelled inside of underwear or swimwear.
